Ambulance Wish Singapore is a registered charity incorporated in May 2019 that supports terminally ill patients and their loved ones through the simple but deeply meaningful act of wish-granting. Ambulance Wish Singapore is an Institution of Public Character (IPC). By helping to fulfil these wishes, Ambulance Wish Singapore wants to transform the end-of-life experience for patients with a limited prognosis of less than 12 months, giving them and their families a measure of joy, peace and comfort. As a volunteer-enabled organisation, the work of Ambulance Wish Singapore is an extension of the provision of care for the dying that goes beyond the walls of hospitals and hospices, to impact homes and hearts. Beyond Social Services is a community development agency in the service of a community’s efforts to meet its needs. We adopt an asset-based community development approach and work at bringing about neighbourhoods where there is a strong sense of interdependence among neighbours so that families and communities can care for themselves and each other. While we attend to those seeking assistance, our core work is leading a community development process in 68 public rental housing blocks located mainly in the Central Singapore District. These blocks are organised by proximity into 17 neighbourhood clusters.
Boys’ Town is a charity founded by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel in 1948. We first began as a residential care for children in need after the war, imparting education to and providing shelter for them. Over the years, we have expanded into a social service agency providing a continuum of services for children and youth in need. Boys’ Town’s services and programmes now include residential care, fostering, respite care, youth outreach, clinical intervention, adventure-based intervention and various mental wellness programmes under Our Milieu Project (OMP). Boys’ Town serves both boys and girls, from infants to young adults. We help children and youths from disadvantaged and disengaged families, who may have faced hardship resulting from difficult home situations, abandonment, and abuse. Each year, Boys' Town works with over 2,000 children and youths. With over 77 years dedicated to the social mission, Boys’ Town equips children and youth in need with the skills to become socially integrated, responsible and contributing members of society. About BMSG Breastfeeding Mothers’ Support Group (BMSG) is a community-led organisation dedicated to making breastfeeding support more accessible, practical and compassionate for mothers and families. For many mothers, breastfeeding can be a rewarding experience, but it can also come with uncertainty, challenges and moments when they simply need someone who understands. BMSG was built on the belief that no mother should have to navigate her breastfeeding journey alone . Our Mission To make our vision a reality, BMSG focuses on three key areas: 🤱 Support We provide support for breastfeeding mothers, connecting them with trained mother-to-mother counsellors who understand the challenges of breastfeeding from personal experience. 📚 Education We provide education for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers and their families, helping them make informed decisions throughout their breastfeeding journey. 📣 Advocacy We advocate for greater public awareness and understanding of breastfeeding, working towards a more supportive and breastfeeding-friendly community. Our Mother-to-Mother Support At the heart of BMSG are our volunteer counsellors who have chosen to use their experience to support others. We have around 60 counsellors on our roster , all volunteering their time to help mothers in need. Our counsellors provide: One-to-one counselling for mothers seeking personalised breastfeeding support Group counselling sessions , where mothers come together in welcoming spaces such as cafés and parks A safe and understanding space for mothers to ask questions, share experiences and simply be heard While breastfeeding is the main focus of our support, we recognise that sometimes a mother doesn't need another solution, she just needs another mother who gets it . Equipping Our Counsellors Breastfeeding recommendations and evidence continue to evolve. We are committed to ensuring our counsellors have access to current, evidence-based knowledge and training , so they can provide mothers with relevant, safe and compassionate support. Through continued training and development, we aim to grow our network of mother counsellors and reach more mothers who need support. Our Impact Every conversation matters. Whether it is helping a mother work through a breastfeeding challenge, giving her confidence to continue her journey, connecting her with other mothers, or simply listening when she needs someone to talk to, our volunteers make a difference one mother at a time. With the support of our community and donors, BMSG can train more counsellors, strengthen our programmes and ensure that more mothers have someone to turn to when they need support. Club HEAL was formed in 2012 by a group of like-minded individuals passionate about helping people with mental health conditions regain confidence in themselves and work towards community reintegration. We also support their families throughout the recovery journey, helping them provide better care and support. Our services include day recovery activities, counselling, home visits, public education, support groups and volunteer training. Our work goes beyond managing mental health conditions. We walk alongside individuals and their families as they rebuild their lives, strengthen relationships and reconnect with their communities. Club HEAL is an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) and a full member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). We are also part of the community mental health teams under the Community Mental Health Masterplan driven by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), together with the Ministry of Health (MOH).
Limitless is a charity providing accessible mental health support to youths aged 12-25. We work to reduce barriers to care by offering low-cost and free services, meeting youths where they are, and supporting those who may not be ready, willing, or able to seek help otherwise. For many young people facing crisis, suicidality, trauma, or complex challenges, we are often the last place they turn to before giving up. Our goal is simple: to ensure every youth can access the support they need to find hope, worth, and purpose.

Through the power of relationships, we seek to break the hurt cycle for people affected by conflicts, violence, poverty, and incarceration, and journey with them to work towards their hopes and dreams.
SASCO Senior Citizens' Home was set up on 21 January, 1981 at a HDB void deck in Telok Blangah to provide lodging and care for the destitute elderly regardless of race, language or religion. We were registered with the Commissioner of Charities in the same year. We are also affiliated to the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and a member of the NCSS Charitable Fund. When the Home was first set up, it took in 10 residents from the now defunct Woodstock Home. Since we moved to the new premises at SASCO@HongSan also known as Evergreen Place, our occupancy continued to increase steadily. Now, we are able to accommodate up to a total of 102 seniors. Besides lodging and personal care, we provides a range of organised activities for our residents including karaoke sessions, board games, art and craft, and other group activities. To meet the residents' rehabilitative needs, professional physiotherapy sessions are conducted at least twice weekly. Spiritual needs are also not forgotten, as there is also a private prayer room for residents of all religions to use. Basic recreational resources such as television sets, reading materials and board games are also available. Today, SASCO Senior Citizens' Home comprises of a Sheltered home, Daycare Centres and Active Ageing Centres, offering a variety of eldercare services. SPD is a local charity dedicated to helping people with disabilities or those who may develop disabling conditions to maximise their potential and integrate them into mainstream society. Today, SPD delivers over 20 programmes and services spanning early intervention, day care, senior care, day rehabilitation, employment and educational support, assistive technology, community activities and lifelong learning as well as case management. Through these services, we serve individuals with physical, sensory and developmental needs, as well as autism, across different life stages. Founded in 1964 by a group of Rotarians, we were known as Society for Aid to the Paralysed (SAP). In its early years, SAP operated a sheltered workshop that provided meaningful employment opportunities for persons with disabilities who faced difficulties seeking open employment. We were renamed Society for the Physically Disabled (SPD) in May 1998 and later to simply SPD in July 2014 to better reflect the work that we do of serving people with a wide spectrum of disabilities beyond only physical one. To strengthen governance and better position the organisation for future growth, SPD transitioned from a society to a company limited by guarantee (CLG), becoming SPD Ltd. with effect from 1 April 2026. As a CLG, SPD Ltd. remains a non-profit entity fully committed to carrying forward the mission and work of the former society.
The Red Pencil (Singapore) is an Institution of Public Character and a registered charity founded in Singapore. Its mission is to bring the benefits of creative arts therapy, such as drawing, music, movement and dance, to less privileged children, adults and families who have experienced overwhelming and traumatic life circumstances, including life-threatening illness, violence and abuse, especially when words are insufficient. While visual art therapy is the most developed creative arts therapy modality in Singapore, music therapy and dance/movement therapy are being actively reinforced as complementary therapeutic modalities. We partner with hospitals, family centres, foster and elderly homes, shelters, schools, prisons and other health-related institutions to integrate creative arts therapy into existing psycho-social programmes. Through this process, service users are able to express the unspeakable, find relief, build inner and external resources, gain self-confidence and feel empowered to move towards a more hopeful future.
