Limitless is a charity providing accessible mental health support to youths aged 12-25. We work to reduce barriers to care by offering low-cost and free services, meeting youths where they are, and supporting those who may not be ready, willing, or able to seek help otherwise. For many young people facing crisis, suicidality, trauma, or complex challenges, we are often the last place they turn to before giving up.

Our goal is simple: to ensure every youth can access the support they need to find hope, worth, and purpose.

When a young person runs out of options, the right support can make all the difference. Here's how Jade found her way forward.

Meet Jade

Jade came to Limitless through our anonymous online program - SAFEHOUSE. When she reached out, she was struggling with suicidal thoughts and frequent self-harm. Like many youths we support, she was not yet ready to seek professional help; and through months of patient engagement and trust-building, she eventually took the courageous step to begin therapy with Limitless. The road to recovery was far from straightforward. Jade faced ongoing crises, panic attacks, and setbacks. Her counsellor, Cheyenne, walked alongside her every step of the way, coordinating psychiatric care, engaging her family, and building a strong support network around her. At one of her lowest points, Jade was acutely suicidal. Cheyenne responded to the crisis outside of working hours, spending two nights helping to de-escalate the situation and keep her safe. Following a hospital visit, Jade made the courageous decision to commit to recovery, continuing with weekly therapy for more than a year. That was the turning point in her journey. Today, Jade is thriving. She is employed, emotionally healthier, and no longer reliant on antidepressants. The self-harm that once dominated her life has been replaced by resilience, insight, and hope for the future. Stories like Jade's remind us why accessible, barrier-free mental health support matters.
