At SPD, the Day Activity Centre Without Walls Programme supports adults with disabilities to lead more active, independent and fulfilling lives by bringing programmes and activities beyond the centre and into the community.
Through community outings, learning activities, recreational programmes and opportunities to develop daily living skills, participants gain confidence, build meaningful relationships and discover new possibilities.
Most importantly, they have opportunities to be seen not just as recipients of support, but as valued members of the community.
