On-the-field Donation Drive 2026 is aiming to sustain our daily operation for the beneficiaries’ needs. In 2025, Realm Neighborhood TCM clinic treated 7368 patients, subsidized 4460 patients, of which 21% were 80 and above, 77% were 65-79 years old and 2% to the needy of our Caring Unit. The subsidy averaged to 36% of the gross income in 2025. Besides TCM services, Realm sustains the island-wide project of provisions distribution for more than 20 years, distributing rations to selected households of one-room/two-room rental blocks in 17 areas of 35 rental blocks, taking care of more than 1000 households. The name lists are regularly updated to ensure its relevance. Realm is also taking care of 70 needy families on customized assistance basis. These families require more care than the families under the island-wide provisions distribution project. Besides showing care and concern to the less privileged in the community, Realm also concerns about the elderly's social activeness. Programmes such as Silver Corri-door, Games Session, Qigong18 and Zumba are curated to encourage their social engagements as much as possible, besides visiting old aged homes.
